I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunshine Hotel in Ksamil and I must say, my culinary experience at the on-site Lori Beach Bar was truly remarkable. As a seasoned traveler and food enthusiast, I was pleasantly surprised by the innovative menu offerings and the inviting ambiance of the bar, which perfectly complemented the stunning seaside location. One evening, after a long day of exploring the picturesque beaches nearby, my husband and I decided to unwind at the bar. We were greeted warmly by the attentive staff, who not only recommended some excellent local dishes but also shared intriguing stories about the area. I opted for a seafood platter, while my husband tried the traditional Albanian stuffed peppers - both dishes were bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The relaxed atmosphere of Lori Beach Bar, coupled with the delectable food and refreshing cocktails, made for a truly memorable dining experience. It was a delightful blend of flavors and hospitality that encapsulated the essence of Albanian cuisine. Breakfast, served with a varied selection of dishes, was a delightful way to start each day, especially after the staff went out of their way to guide us to the hotel on our first day.
